Breakfast & After School Club
We are delighted to be able to support our parents by providing a term time daily before and after school club. The wraparound care, from 7.45am through to 5:30 pm, is open to all children in all year groups.
There is no charge for taking part in the before school club, apart from the cost of purchasing breakfast in the mornings. All children that are entitled to Free School Meals are eligible to a free breakfast to the value of £1.00 per day.
The following information specifies the duration, cost and the relevant activities:
• Session 1: 3:00pm to 4:15pm - £5.50
• Session 2: 3:00pm to 5:30pm - £9.00
During the first session, pupils will be supported to engage in extra curriculum learning and undertake their homework. Pupils will then be able to relax, watch television, play supervised games and undertake art and/or practical activities up until 5:30pm.
A light snack and refreshments will be provided for pupils staying until 5:30pm.
All payments are to be made at least a week in advance via our on-line payment system. Access to this is available via our website, click on the link “TUCASI PAYMENTS”. Details as to how to register for this service will follow in due course.
The annual registration fee of £10.00 must be paid before a place can be allocated to your child. Once the annual fee has been received, a booking form will be issued for you to complete and return to the school office, with confirmation that the payment has been made online. A new booking form is to be completed for each half term.
If you wish to book additional sessions you must give 48 hours notice and payment must be made prior to your child attending. Equally if you wish to cancel a session then 48 hours notice must be given to avoid being charged for the session.
LATE FEES: If you are late to collect at 4.15pm you will be charged for the 5.30pm session. We charge £10 per 15 minutes for collections after 5.30pm, for example if you were to collect at 5.31pm you would be charged £10 and at 5.46pm another £10, this would continue to rise until the child is collected.
